* feat: configurable custom navbar items

The customMenu item from `data/<language>/site.yaml` will only appear if
its property `showOnNavbar` is `true`.

Example:
```
customMenus:
  - name: Imprint
    url: posts/imprint
    showOnNavbar: false
```
